General

This is an unofficial Department of Defense Web site provided for the use of eligible active duty military, military retirees, reservists, National Guardsmen, Department of Defense civilian employees, Non-Appropriated Fund employees and respective family members and guests of all the above are eligible users of RTT and other Force Support activities/services unless otherwise noted. The information found within is current at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change depending on Euro to USD$ exchange rate and availability at time of booking.

RTT Terms & Conditions for Bus Tour Reservations

Please note, additional Terms & Conditions may apply to customers traveling on Horizon Tours or Flight Tours Operating Abroad

By registering for RTT operated Bus tours you, the customer, confirms to possess the legal age of 18 to enter into a legally binding contract with RTT Travel. Your use of this Service is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

It is in your best interest to review the terms and conditions below carefully and at the time, they are made available. You are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms and conditions related to the purchase once the reservation has been confirmed.

ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS:

You will be required to have unrestricted installation access to Ramstein Airbase (provide proof of eligibility/membership to one of the following groups: US Armed Forces, Active Duty, AF, Army, Navy or Active Duty retired,) Government Employees (GS, NAF, DoDDs, AAFES, DECA) residing in Germany under the NATO/SOFA Agreement only.
Visiting family members and other guests of the ID card holder (as named above) are not authorized MWR privileges normally afforded to the NATO/Military Members unless service is paid for by the member and they are escorted by the member at all times.

Without these credentials, you are not eligible for purchased services or refunds if eligibility and requirements are not met.

CHANGE & CANCELLATION BY CLIENT:

Cancellation fees apply per person. It is the responsibility of the client to be aware of RTT Tour cancellation procedures and policies at the time of booking.
Name Changes & Transfer of Reservation Names changes on the reservation will be accommodated only when the name change request is provided to RTT within 2 business days of the tours departure date by the party who made the original reservation. Passengers whose names are not listed on the ticket and passenger manifest will NOT be permitted to board the bus. You are not permitted to resell your tickets to third parties whose name is not registered on the ticket/reservation. Attempts to advertise/solicit the re-sale of tickets on social media platforms will result in the user account being blocked on RTT social media platforms.
Cancellation fees for Day & Express Tours: From Day of booking up to 14 days prior to departure 15%. From 13 days until 2 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour price will be charged. No Refund for later cancellations and no shows
Cancellation fees for Overnight Tours: Unless otherwise specified differently on the individual tour page the following terms apply per person: From Day of booking up to 14 days prior to departure 20%. From 13 days until 2 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour price will be charged. No Refund for later cancellations and no shows. 3rd party services booked in advance by RTT, such hotel rooms and venue tickets, are not eligible for standard or courtesy refunds. RTT highly recommends purchasing travel insurance for overnight trips in order for the customer to avoid the costs of these non-refundable items if cancellation, for any reason, is unavoidable.
Cancellation Procedures: Cancellations are accepted in the following ways: 1) By phone during our published opening hours, which can be found on the footer of any page on our website. 2) Online via our Customer Care Center by replying to the email that was provided as confirmation for your reservation. Cancellation requests submitted through Facebook, Instagram or methods other than those listed above will not be considered.
Exception to Cancellation Policies (Courtesy Refunds): Cancellations resulting from Military duty, health reasons and family emergencies may be considered for refund only if supporting documentation is provided within 72 hours of the departure of the trip. Late arrival to the tour departure point will be considered a no-show and is ineligible for refund.

MINIMUM PARTICIPATION / CANCELLATION BY RTT TRAVEL

RTT reserves the right to cancel a tour if the minimum participation is not met. Tour will be confirmed or cancelled latest two business days prior to departure. A full refund will be given to customers that completed the payment process. No additional compensation will be paid above the total sum received from the customer.

LIABILITY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

You agree and understand that RTT Travel is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages, direct or consequential, which may arise as a result of personal mishap, acts of God, social or labor unrest, war, political or national strike, terrorist activities, mechanical failures, climatic conditions, or any other actions or omissions beyond its control.
RTT acts as an agent for various contractors (tour operators, hotels, bus companies, etc.) and are therefore in no way responsible for the fulfillment of their obligations, nor is RTT to be held liable for accidents, delays, losses, etc. The liability of all these contractors remains unprejudiced. Right is also reserved to program and hotel changes and alterations as well as substitution of services listed above, when and where necessary. Tour Company reserves the right to cancel the tour if minimum participation is not reached. Conditions are accepted upon booking.
All prices shown on this web site are based on availability at time of booking. RTT makes no guarantees of availability and price until purchase has been paid for in full. RTT cannot be held responsible for the inability to provide an advertised product if the product has been sold out, cancelled, or altered since publication.
Customer is responsible for providing correct information at time of booking such as travel dates, travelers full names, etc. Changes after reservation has been placed may involve additional fees.
With the acceptance of your booking confirmation, you are responsible to verify all information is accurate and complete. Discrepancies between the service requested and service confirmed must be brought to the attention of RTT within 24 hrs for correction.
RTT will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to our attention immediately.

PRIVACY:

By using this Service, RTT may obtain your E-mail address and other information about you. Information provided by you will be governed by the Privacy Act and will not be sold or made available to any organization outside of RTT. To receive special updates, promotions information and newsletters, you can use our mailing list service. Your email address will not be used to correspond any unsolicited email.

PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS:

U.S. citizens travelling to any destination outside of Germany will be required to present a valid U.S. tourist passport. Tourist passports must be valid for at least 6 months past the return date of your trip. If you are travelling with a citizen of a country other than the US, there may be additional requirements. It is your responsibility to meet all entry requirements of your destination country.

SEATING

Seating will be assigned in the order of full payment is received, from front to back of the motor coach. The very first rows in the motor coach may not be assigned to customers.

RTT Terms & Conditions for Cruise Purchases

Your use of this Service is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this Service.

1.OWNERSHIP. This reservation booking and informational service (the "Service") is operated by RTT, a division of the 86th Force Squadron of the United States Air Force Europe (USAFE) and the content and data associated with the service is copyrighted by RTT and/or its various third party providers and vendors.

2.USE OF SITE. You may only use this Service to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this Service to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

3.AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this Service and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this Service. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this Service by you and those using your login information.

4.PRIVACY. By using this Service, RTT may obtain your E-mail address and other information about you. 5.EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY. RTT, 86th Force, USAFE AND THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS AND TOUR OPERATORS DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY OF THE CONTENT OR DATA FOUND ON OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SERVICE.

6.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 7.CANCELLATION FEES Are the responsibility of the client to be aware of the cancellation fees and agreements for products purchased via this service. Cancellation insurance is available at the request of the client. Cancellation fees are enforced or rescinded at the discretion of RTT and/or Third party vendors and Tour Operators Management. Cancellation fees are per person unless otherwise specified.

8. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE All prices shown on this web site are based on availability at time of booking. RTT makes no guarantees of availability and price until purchase has been paid for in full. 9. VISAS/PASSPORTS

9.1 It is your responsibility to meet all entry requirements of your destination country
9.2.Please check the validity of your passport and review current VISA requirements with the appropriate embassies or consulates.
9.3. Each customer traveling across any international boundary is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including any required visas, and for complying with the laws of each country traveling from (the departure country), through (any transit country) and into (the destination country).

RTT Terms & Conditions for Vacation Packages
