A Journey Into Viking Territory

This Holiday Weekend leave everyday life behind and journey with RTT into Viking territory on a 4-day, 3-overnight trip and enjoy the exclusive maritime flair aboard the Color Line (Magic /Fantasy) on our journey to Oslo to see the northern Metropolis.

Day 1: We journey from Ramstein directly to our first stop, the Port of Kiel. After check-in to our booked room and an orientational, it is time to cast off on our comfortable and luxurious Ferry ship. Stroll along the 120 m-long promenade lined with shops, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. In the evening, enjoy an elaborate Smorgasbord buffet with typical northern delicacies. Invigorated and ready to dive into the evening, a table is already reserved for you to enjoy the music and show program in the ships very own “Show Lounge”. Afterward, be sure to swing by the Palazzo Nightclub for a little Dance.

Day 2: After an early breakfast, we encourage everyone to bundle up and head up top to take in the rugged beauty as the ships makes its way through the Olso-fjord and enjoy the picturesque view of the coastline and surrounding islands. After our ship doc’s, we board our transportation for a three hrs sight-seeing tours through the magical northern Metropolis. After seeing what Oslo has in store for us, we check into our 4-star hotel ready to explore the city on our own. During your free time, we encourage everyone to get a view of the Royal Palace, visit a typical Northern Cathedral or take a stroll through the downtown area letting the northern flair thoroughly sink in.

Day 3: After a hearty breakfast and a one-of-a-kind experience, it is “all aboard again” as we check out of our Hotel. With the ship pulling out of the port of Oslo, and the early winter sun about to set on the Oslo fjord we waive farewell. With a new memory in store, we spend another beautiful day aboard our Scandinavian Cruise ship feasting on another delicious seasonal Smorgasbord of Scandinavian delights, before we rest and relax or visit the Palazzo Nightclub for some cocktails and dancing.

Day 4: Check out and return back to Ramstein with an early evening arrival

RTT Abroad (Flight) Tours utilize third-party vendors (Airline, Cruise, Hotel), which are not eligible for courtesy refunds or any exceptions to the trips specific cancellation policy and RTT Terms and Conditions policy regarding Change & Cancellation by Client. Due to the cancellation policy implemented by the vendor, fees CAN NOT be waived for military active duty or any other related reasons. For this reason, RTT strongly advises all participants to obtain travel insurance that will minimally provide coverage to cover cancellation fees, travel fare, illness or injury during travel, theft, unrests, and other unforeseeable circumstances that could disrupt travel plans. Travel insurance of this nature can be obtained through many credit card companies as well as the sources listed below:

Cancellation Policy

Fees are per perrson:

From the day of booking until 22 days before travel: 30%
21-15 days before travel: 65%
14-7 days before travel: 80%
6-2 days before travel: 90%
Later no refund!

Mandatory Travel Documents

All travelers must possess a U.S. tourist passport valid until 6 months after the tour ends, with at least 2 empty visa pages.
Citizens of other nationalities must check with the Norwegian embassy about entry requirements.

Child Safety

German law requires ALL child passengers, regardless of size or age, to have a seat on a bus and use an approved safety seat provided by the customer.
