The day will have a sweet start with what the Swiss fondly refer to as “Schoggi-Erlebnis,” a chocolate experience where the Confection Masters of Läderach share some of their sugary secrets with us! Our tour of Läderach provides several sweet attractions, including an educational section that follows the journey of the cocoa bean from harvest in the rainforest through processing, samples galore at several chocolate fountains dripping with a delicious preview of what awaits you the Chocolate Boutique. Here a custom hands on chocolate experience awaits you where you can shaping and decorating your own masterpiece to take home (included) and purchase additional items from the boutique.

Next, we drive to Zurich’s world-famous shopping precinct, an area that is nearly 1.5 kilometers long and connects Zurich Main Train Station with Lake Zurich. Take the afternoon to explore this world-class city at your own pace, enjoy some of the best shopping in Europe, stroll along the turquoise shores of the Zurich lake and perhaps finish off the Swiss experience on a savory note by indulging in a melted cheese fondue.
